What condition are the items in?
All our garments are brand new. You’ll always receive fresh, never-worn
pieces which are carefully curated for you.
Do you offer pre-delivery trials?
Yes, we can arrange pre-delivery trials at an additional cost. Please connect
with our Relationship Manager to schedule and discuss further details.
What about the transportation?
Transportation / Shipping is Complimentary (Free ) with Team Kiki .Once
you select your delivery location and process the initial payment, our
Relationship Manager (RM) will contact you for delivery details.
What sizes does KIKI carry?
We offer wide standard sizing option to choose from – XS, S, M, L and XL. The
outfits are tailor made to suit the customer’s fit for all body types.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately. We’ll work
quickly to resolve the issue. To help us assist you faster, kindly take a photo of
the damaged item and contact us as soon as possible. Please ensure the item is
in its original condition.
What are the Payment terms ?
The total billing amount has two components : Advance + Balance Amount
1) Advance Amount , is 30% of the Outfit amount payable while booking
2) Balance Amount , is remaining 70% of the Outfit amount payable as
COD
When will I get the delivery of my booked outfit ?
We require 15 working days to deliver your outfit.
What if I receive an item that doesn’t fit?
If the item doesn’t fit, you can get the fitting done at your end as we ensure
that each garment has ample scope for future alternation.
