Each rental is valid for 4 days , giving our customers ample time to receive, wear and return the outfit. If you wish to extend your rental duration , please get in touch with our team in advance. Extensions are subject to availability and incurs additional charges.

An additional charge of 10% of the rental fee will be applicable per day for any extra days, only if the extension is viable.

Being a premium rental service all our outfits  are in good condition, we at Kiki get the outfits treated for hygiene standards after every booking.

If the item doesn’t fit, kindly note that we deliver the garment well before the event date and every outfit has ample alternation margin, which can be undertaken at your end.

Yes, We offer Pan India delivery and pickup  at a nominal extra cost  . Once you select your delivery location and process the  payment, our Relationship Manager (RM) will contact you for delivery details.

Yes, we offer in person trials at our two flagship store at Mumbai ( Maharashtra) and Indore (M.P.)  with a prior appointment and virtual styling consultations for clients across India. Our fashion experts assist you choose the perfect silhouette, color and look based on your event and body type.

Once your booked  outfit is ready to be shipped , team kiki connects with you and shares the images of the outfit towards readiness ,prior to shipping.

The total billing amount has two components :

Rental
Amount + Security Deposit Amount

1) Rental Amount , as actual mentioned on the website, 100% paid as advance deposit at the time of booking the order.

2) Security Deposit Amount , equal to the total rental amount , payable 2 days before the  shipping date( it is refundable within 7 days from the date we receive the outfit back at our store and the Quality check )

Rental Price is inclusive of Dryclean & 4 days of rental cost.

We deliver early, always :

At Kiki we follow a 4 days booking window, as such your dream outfit reaches your doorstep 2 days before the date of your event to manage trials and last minute fittings , 1st day is delivery day, 2nd day reserved for trial and adjustments, 3rd day is to slay at the event , while the 4th day is to pack and initiate the return to the kiki store.

All our dresses are designed to fit a wide range of sizes, including Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large. We offer a variety of styles to ensure a perfect fit for all body types.

Minor wear and tear is completely fine and will be taken care off by us. However if the stains are permanent or a damage is caused , necessary deduction will be made. We request you to treat our pieces with love and care.

Yes , a refundable security deposit equal to the rental amount is mandatory. This deposit is required to be paid atleast 2 days before we ship your outfit. Please note we will not be able to ship the outfit without the deposit confirmation.

Yes ,we cater to all body types and sizes, including plus size options. Our stylist will assist you select the right base size and then alter it to your fit with our inhouse tailoring service.
