After payment, one of our expert Relationship Managers will call you to guide you through taking your exact measurements, ensuring the perfect fit. To guarantee the best fit, we include a free backup size with every order.

Dry-Cleaned and Ready to Wear

Your outfit will be professionally dry-cleaned, altered & ready to wear, and delivered directly to you. After your event, simply return the outfit using the provided instructions, and KIKI will handle all the cleaning for you. A refundable deposit equal to the rental cost is charged at dispatch to secure our designer outfits. The deposit is refunded once the outfit is returned in its original condition.

Easy Returns

When your rental period is up, simply return the items using the included prepaid shipping label.No cleaning required—just pack them up and send them back at your convenience.
