Our Cleaning Process
THOROUGH CLEANING
Each item goes through a wet, dry, spot or hydroxyl cleaning process, depending on its specific needs.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
All items are inspected to make sure they’re in excellent condition and ready to wear.
STEAM TUNNEL
Most garments are steamed between 248°F and 302°F for additional cleaning, and to remove wrinkles.
CARE & REPAIR
Every item is checked for any mending required by our expert seamstresses.

What sizes does KIKI carry?
All our dresses are designed to fit a wide range of sizes, including Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large. We offer a variety of styles to ensure a perfect fit for all body types.
What about the transportation?
Transportation is available at a minimal cost, starting from ₹500 and going up to ₹2000, depending on the parcel size and your location. Once you select your location, our Relationship Manager (RM) will contact you to confirm the transport charges and delivery details.
Can we extend the rental duration after delivery?
Yes, you can extend the rental period! There is an additional charge of 10% per day of the rental fee for any extra days.
Do you offer pre-delivery trials?
Yes, we can arrange pre-delivery trials at an additional cost. Please connect with our Relationship Manager to schedule and discuss further details.
