Absolutely horrible experience with this brand. The whole team ignorant about good customer service.
I purchased two outfits from them and then I signed up for unnecessary headaches.
I was told my garments would be ready within 15-20 days but they took almost 2 months for delivery. Literally had to chase them for my order everyday.
No updates given, false promises of timely delivery, ill fit garments and surprisingly such a big designer manufacturing things from Karol Bagh and charging customers such bomb amounts.
Never buying anything from them ever again.
